ICCJ Prentis (Insolvency & Companies Court Judge – pictured left – right is ICCJ Barber) is a Registrar of the High Court of Chancery, Insolvency & Companies Division.

It is our learned view, that the insolvency statutory regime of England & Wales, is by far the most thorough and comprehensive worldwide. The Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, is law designed to ensure that creditors of insolvent estates are not defrauded, and are provided fair returns when people or businesses are declared, or are voluntarily made insolvent.

It’s the administration of the law that’s completely dysfunctional.

Some of the most active senior judges and actors of the central government apparatus, are easily proven liars and cheats, yet absolutely nothing is done to protect the people.

In the public interest, and for the good of our country and our future generations, we factually and evidentially expose the ones that are.

You’d have to see it to believe it, and it’s right here as clear as black is black, and white is white, but this lot, will try to convince the unsuspecting who are generally led to believe, by occupation of their office, they are honest, but that night is day, and day is night, or, white is black, knowing it’s white!

ICCJ Prentis is married to the Tory former Attorney General for England & Wales

How constitutionally independent? The former Tory Attorney General, a ‘Minister for the Rule of English law’ and chief legal advisor to the Crown and central government, is married to a ‘judge’, who, although is described as a judge, is in fact not a judge of the High Court at all, but a Registrar, formerly known as a ‘Mr Registrar’, at the same judicial level as a master.

Why not call a spade a spade? Black is black, white is white, a judge is a judge, a master is a master, but this lot just lie all the time to obfuscate from the truth.

ICCJ Prentis is a traitor, someone who breaks their commitments and duties.

ICCJ Prentis took oath as a Registrar of the Insolvency & Companies Court to act ‘without fear, favour, affection or illwill‘ and ‘according to law‘.

Lying knowing that black is black, but in fact representing that it is white, knowing it is black, is cheating, and, according to the highest court of the Land, the Supreme Court, in Ivy v Genting Casinos [2017], cheating is dishonest.

So, here it is…

ICCJ Prentis was under official duties to have diligently considered our 21-page claim form. Below, we include a photograph of the first page of the claim form:

It is evidential that the Claimant’s address for service is plain and simple for all to see.

ICCJ Prentis lied to create a stay of the claim without reason to assist the Defendants

Knowing that the Claimant’s address had never changed, and that somebody, likely from the Government Legal Department made a knowingly false representation to Companies House that it had, and that the Claimant had provided its address for service on the claim form as required by the rule….

ICCJ Prentis made the knowingly false statement which was intended to, and which did impede the proper administration of justice (we allege).

“UPON the Claim Form failing to provide the Claimant’s CPR 6.23 physical address for service in the UK”

In essence, ICCJ Prentis is proven prima facie, to have perverted the course of public justice and or, is therefore in criminal contempt of court.

Could it be that the judiciary of the UK are completely unregulated, or are otherwise self-regulated and are ‘above the law’?

The Companies House filing record for Intelligence UK Investigations Ltd conveys the correct position…

It is evident that someone, likely to have been from the government apparatus, colluded with Companies House in June 2025, after our Firm served the Government Legal Department with stand-alone declaratory relief proceedings issued on 21 April 2025, which they have been unable to respond to.

On 2 October 2025, in the High Court of Chancery claim, it was ordered that the Defendants were to have responded by 30 October 2025, which they all failed to do.

It appears that rather than defend claims (because they cannot), they cheat justice by seeking to dissolve their opposition by conniving with Companies House based on their lies.

It is however, evidential that the address was, according to the Company Registrar, changed from 5 South Charlotte Street, to 5 South Charlotte Street, because it never in fact changed at all!

It just so happened that ICCJ Prentis, knew automatically, where to look, on 10 September 2025, when no judge had any cause to look anyway, when the Claimant’s address is on the claim form, which he lied about in tandem. How very coincidental?

Two-tier justice and extremism (as in the 2024 Government definition) is rampant, spreading as the cancer of the judiciary systemic from the top down, eroding one’s rights and defeating the long-established English rule of law and constitutional principles, including judicial independence, which appears to be a thing of the past.

Everyone must be equal before the law, and our fight and our campaign for equality and justice is dedicated to ensuring that happens.

ICCJ Prentis is a cheat who cheated us of the statutory intended process in action we have brought against the Government and H.M.C.T.S for failing in their primary duties

Conclusively, the Supreme Court has finally determined that ICCJ Prentis is, a dishonest cheat who has acted with favour and illwill to defeat the statutory process intended in respect of the claim we brought against the Government and H.M.C.T.S, alleging that they have ‘fraudulently failed to administer the law and justice‘.

ICCJ Prentis is married to the former Attorney General, Victoria Prentis, who we took to Court (the Administrative Court) by way of a claim dated 14 March 2022, and on today’s date, despite paying the fee and serving that claim on the Defendants, that claim is one of the several has been buried and not once touched on.

How very constitutional they all are?

Sebastian Prentis, his wife, Victoria, and Lord Justice Birss, the new Chancellor of the High Court responsible for conduct of the Insolvency & Companies Court judges, whom, in are learned view, and based on the intelligence we have gathered, are, for the most part, lying cheats who pose a serious risk of financial and emotional harm to those they encounter in the course of their purportedly official duties.
