On 5 February 2018, having the absolute assignment before him, it is evident that Lord Justice Nugee, then Mr Justice Nugee, in office as a High Court Judge, dishonestly and falsely represented the crucial evidence with intent to have made a gain and caused loss of over £500,000 to Mr Millinder and Earth Energy Investments LLP whilst concealing obvious deliberate non-disclosure by Middlesbrough Football Club, the ex-parte financial injunction Applicant.
