The people of England have the inalienable right to be governed justly, and its not been happening. Corrupt actors within governance have diminished long-established English constitutional principles, and one is no longer equal before the law.
The cruciality of judicial independence, together with proper regulation and accountability has been negated by successive governmental regimes. Consequentially, in the cases investigated by IUKI over 6-years, people and their businesses cannot rely on the courts to act in a constitutionally proper way.
Cronyism and interference with judicial process and courts by third parties diminishes public trust in the justice system and erodes democracy. The legal sector is regulated by non-regulators who self-regulate their non-regulation.
The cases progressed through the courts by IUKI and its affiliated acquisitions prove that no longer in the UK can a man rely on the statutory law or the strength of completed contractual terms to gain restitution.

What is ENGLISH CONSTITUTION (dot.com)’s constitutional reform movement?
Quite simply, EnglishConstitution.com is a non-political, non-governmental independent group, chaired by us, to create a powerful one-voice reform movement backed by our members who share the view that there must be total reform and proper regulation of Parliamentarians, the public sector, police and judiciary first and foremost.

We cannot and do not rely on the corrupted UK legal sector, rather we are bringing the litigation ourselves, as Intelligence UK Investigations, a separate entity taking our cases forward in the public interest.
Your membership is a non-refundable fee, treated as a donation toward our cause. Campaign proceeds from membership fees are invested in high interest low risk international accounts to increase the level of capital deployed to take the actions described within our website.
Our members play a direct and integral part in creating a new and truly independent voice of many with the clout, resources, legal and technical knowhow to make a difference. Ideas from our members are put into practice, and we use A.I search and A.I generative content to maximise our efficiency.
